Terms of Use
By using tuhidulhossain.com you accept these terms. They are deliberately short: this is a personal site that publishes writing and shows my work, not a service you buy.
What this site is
A portfolio and a technical blog, published by Khaled Md Tuhidul Hossain. Everything here is provided free of charge, for information. Nothing on the site creates a client relationship, an employment offer, or a contract to provide services.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- attempt to breach, probe, or disrupt the site or its hosting;
- scrape the site at a volume that degrades it for other readers, or republish it wholesale as your own;
- use the site to distribute malware or unlawful material;
- misrepresent your affiliation with me, or use my name or likeness to endorse something I have not endorsed.
Intellectual property
The articles, page copy, and design are my own work and remain my copyright. You are welcome to quote a reasonable extract for commentary, criticism, or teaching, provided you credit me and link back to the original page. Reproducing a whole article, or feeding the archive into a product without permission, is not covered by that.
Code samples are different. Snippets published in articles are offered under the MIT licence unless the article says otherwise: use them, adapt them, ship them, no attribution required. They are teaching examples rather than production libraries, so read them before you run them.
Third-party names, logos, and trademarks referenced in articles belong to their respective owners and appear for identification only.
Accuracy and availability
The site is provided "as is". I write about fast-moving tooling, so an article that was correct on its publication date may not be correct today; each post shows the date it was written. I do not guarantee the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, and I may change, move, or remove any page without notice.
Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, I am not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of this site or from anything you build by following it, including lost data, lost profit, or business interruption. Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud where that limitation would be unlawful.
Links to other sites
Outbound links are provided because they were useful when I wrote the article. I do not control those sites and I am not responsible for their content or their practices.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the Singapore courts. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protections of the law of your own country of residence.
Changes
These terms may be updated; the date at the top of the page shows when that last happened. Continuing to use the site means you accept the current version.
